Thats up the ladder, u can only go down, descending order of merit.

About campuses im not sure, i think you can provided you fulfill the requirements.

You will have to go to the NUST HQ for this.

Any idea how many SAT seats are there for EE at SEECS?
my sat basis merit position is 98. Do I have any chance of maybe getting on the 3rd or 4th list?

I'm not entirely sure on that, people who get into EE through SAT mostly have 2300-2400 scores.

You "MIGHT" get into EE karachi.... At SEECS or EME, I think no chance.....

Hey man,how easy it is to transfer with in nust, NBS to other departments with low level merits?

If i'm right you can't migrate before atleast 1year in NUST as per policy, so you'll have to wait for 1 year in Nust if you want to migrate/change subject... and that too depends upon:
1)Your GPA, grades etc
2)Availability of seats in the respective department
credit hours are transferred from one engineering department to another.........

Changing the schools is REALLY REALLY difficult,and requires

1. a really good gpa
2. Availability of a vacancy

a girl transfered from EME EE to SEECS EE,her gpa was 3.9


BUT,changing majors in the same school is comparitevily easier,any thing above 3.5+ will really really strengthen your chances for it,otherwise even a 3.3 or in SOME cases, a gpa of 3 would suffice,But sometimes it can also subject to availability of some vacany,I mean if the batch is already sort of crowded,you can't change then

^ I really wish,i got admission in GIKI CS but not going there due to some reasons , now only option left for me is mass communication or BPA, wanted to get into BS economics,i guess my merit wont make it till there

3rd list is out,i got in BS.economics,insallah would be going there,i hope a engineering student can cope up with it
