New laptop - Suggestions?

I need to buy a new laptop. My old one, which i got 7 years ago, finally died. My budget is 70,000rs. Please suggest which is the best one in this price range and of what brand.

Also should i be worried about this - Local Warranty or International Warranty thing? The one im liking Dell 5748 is in 1 year International Warranty.

The one you like is 4th gen i7 but have 17.3" Screen.
