Need suggestionn regarding Cpu Cooler

Currently i m getting high temps on stock intel cpu cooler.my cpu is i5 2500k stock clocks and temps around 80-87'c with load.i have changed thermal paste too but didnt c much difference.
So i m planning on upgrading to after market cooler.but i dont want to spend too much money on it.so suggest me some mid ranged cpu cooler.
have any one used cooler master vortex 211p?price is around Rs.1700

My evaluation:
FX 6350 TDP125w Overclocking 4.7MHz
See above test data:
100% CPU runuing 11'28", Tepm of CPU 62°C. Amazing ha ?

Solution as your concerns,
1 Heatsink, with cooper tube or not? Tower or passive cooling?
2 Fans, 8cm or 12cm? 0.12A or.025A,Means silent fan or strong blow fan? Bios setting? Whether cleaning?
3 Thermal grease? High end thermal paste? conductivity >5w/mk? Smooth to pasted?
4 Casing fans air system,reasonable?
