Need some advice for buying RAM

AOA, i am looking to get a ryzen-based system, which i am planning to buy in stages. first thing i am looking to buy is RAM, what i have in mind is any 3200-3600mhz 2x8gb kit that is around 14-17k in price. since i live in karachi and there is lockdown here, is it possible to get it delivered with cash on delivery, and if so, from what sites, and also which kit i should buy.

currently i will put this kit in my current system, which has an i5 6600 cpu with gigabyte h110mdst2 motherboard. it does support maximum of 2400mhz memory but the reason i want to buy high speed is ram is because i will later upgrade my cpu and mobo to ryzen 5 3600 and any cheap b450 motherboard.

any help and advice to my situation is appreciated

Not sure what is the situation after It has been lock down in karachi nor anyone can put a fair view on it.
You should call and ask first for availability and COD from an Online shop. Try Czone.com.pk or shingpoint.

What is the purpose of your build? If you want to build a pc for games, put your money into GPU. Ryzen 3600 is unnecessary. Also, get 3200mhz ram. You will get a few fps more on 3600mhz IF you have like a super duper GPU. Otherwise, GPU will be the bottleneck.

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care

    Just finished Diablo 4 season in hurry to play Fallout 4 but gamepass released another banger in the form of Star Wars on April 25th. Gamepass is a steal man.
