MULTI Need Info from gaming experts

Hello to all members of Pak Gamers, just joined this forum. My current pc is Intel Core 2 duo E7500 2.93GHZ stock with Intel DG41RQ motherboard, 2GB DDR2 800mhz memory and Nvidia Quadro Fx 4400 256mb GDDR3.
First of all i want to upgrade my graphics card to a decent one, my budget would be around 6000Rs and i want to make my pc water cooled rather then conventional air cooled pc's, the air cooled pc heat up extremely while multi tasking. The project for water cooled pc would be DIY. Firstly i would collect all required material for the project and will start my project but before doing it i want advice from gaming experts and after water cooling i would overclock the processor to about 3.6Ghz stable.

Optimistic yes ... but here are the problems associated with your plan :
1. Your motherboard does not support Overclocking.
2. If you are just looking for better performance then it would be more cost effective to upgrade to an i3 .
3. You will need to buy another case for water cooling.

What exactly do you mean by the phrase "Heats up extremely" ; is your pc set-up outdoors in the sun ? I own the the same set-up with a GPU that produces a lot more heat than urs or any other 6000rs GPU for that matter, i cant think of a reason to water cool it. In all honesty, its absurd.

Wrong section for the thread mate and if you can afford water cooling i advise you to get rid of your current "rig" (lol) and buy everything new. A Dual core ivy bridge system will do wonders for you.

well i dont need lcd as i have Sony CX520 32" only want a desktop which can run most games of nowadays.

what if i get Core I7 920 with Intel DX58SO and 4GB DDR3 with a Nvidia Gtx9800+

No no dude,forget about that crap,its really old and outdated.
Get intel G2020 or i3 3220 if you can afford it.
Any suitable motherboard,should cost around 7K-8K new
2GBx2 ram will be arnd 3.5K new
Then get a GTX 660 or 660ti if you can find one in less then 24K otherwise simple 660 should be arnd 19K here.
Get 550W modular PSU (used is better) in around 4.5K and get a suitable case from what u got left. This rig will play all latest games for years at HIGH settings.
