here is the solution....
Goto Start then Run
Type "msconfig"
Goto Startup Tab ----> Now take a look at the following name which is a ".com" file which is causing this message to Pop up and remove the check on it Beginning.
the click APPLY and OK
Restart your PC and u r good to go.

hi, bro thnks for the reply. I did as u told me but i didnt found any .com thng in there. Is it some virus or trojan?
Search this Term into REGEDIT .
Follow the same procedure go to RUN and type REGEDIT
Search this "resycled\boot.com" And remove/Delete all the entries related to it. Understood and also check your Start>programs>Startup for this "resycled\boot.com" entry and delete it too.
and check ur system for Spywares it looks a spyware to me.
