P.S. 64 Bit only is actually a very good thing. In fact, I think the PC version of Watch Dogs is going to be 64-only as well. No reason to stay 32-bit.

About 1 min left until download is complete, speeds were very slow (~130kb/s) when I started. Probably due to the huge server loads.
A word of advice, try installing the beta drivers for your Nvidea/AMD cards. The performance difference is massive ~15-25 frames.

The loading screen for the game? It got stuck once for me as well, but fixed itself. Don't know what happened, but it said a ticket had been sent.

the 64bit OS is required for the final release version as well. Some other announced titles are 64 bit only as well (e.g. Watch Dogs). Absolutely no reason to stay 32 bit.
