NEED HELP. Pantech vega R3 A850L only showing s/w upgrading screen

It all started when i did a factory reset my phone. it is stuck on sw upgrading screen. i need to pull the battery out to turn it off. what should i do ? i cant even go to cwm recovery. Is there any way to get my phone to work again ? i 'll be thankful to anyone who helps me on this. Please HELP.

You're supposed to know that you can't reset a Vega running an international rom. If you do, you will run into various issues, language issues etc etc.

DOES THE JTAG OR RIFF BOX THING WORKS ? how much chances are there of phone going completely dead ? because i m thinking of doing that.

so your friends phone is working fine now ? and do they unseal the phone for jtagging or what ?
And Can you please ask him the from which shop in abdullah haroon road and the guys phone number if your friend have it.

Yes his phone was working fine after that Yaar he is not in contact with me
But he done it from abdullah haroon road

just one more question. i have done everything that is written on cellrabta.pk above. i get to the downloading of the s/w but the self update stops in between.
Will JTAG solve this problem?
