[SOLVED] Need Help New System Build

Salam to all Pg members need help regarding my new system. the mail purpose of the work is graphic designing and Motion Video Edition.
my budget is around 140K. Few things i have decided
i7 4930K + Asus Rampage IV Extreme. ( From Annosaad)
Xigmatak Centauro 700W ( New from imextreme )
GTX 670 Zodic 4GB ( used from PG Member )....?

what is the power difference between 4770K vs 4930K. will i benefit from going 6 Core or should i stay at 4770K. and OverClock it.
Used item with Warrienty r good as they cut down the cost of the Build.
need advice on the best Build u can suggest. and the only thing i will keep from previous system is the HDDs.

Just for the info my previous system is i7 920 + Asus P6tX58 + 16GB Ram + GTX 470.

All items can be changed on ur suggesion.

If u r really going for high end video editing the 4930k has more cores and i will probably save 25% of ur time. If normal editing u can go for 4770k and spent the rest on gud gpu .
