Need Help in Deciding University- NBS or LSE

Guys I really need some suggestions in deciding Which University Should i join.

I have passed the test of NBS(nust business school) and will Inshallah Pass that of LSE(lahore school of economics) as well. The thing is i cant decide which University to join, as i dont know from these two which is better.

So i need to know that strictly speaking, in terms of Studies and the Help that the name of the University would give me in finding a job, which one should i choose, and the reason why its better.

Dont know abt NBS but LSE has got a pretty strong Alumni.....I am also studying in LSE........There are internships and Jobs seminar nearly every week there and if you maintain a good GPA....Then Bam a guarnteed job......LSE study is on par with LUMS and my suggestion to you will be to go for LSE....

lse is not even near to lums..lse is well below even the likes of iqra in karachi...according to hec rankings...lums>iba>szabist these are the top 3 business schools anything other then them is way lower!

Actually No, the HEC ranking is crap. LSE should be on 3Rd its much better than Szabist.

1-Faculty is awesome and purely qualified, Some of the best teachers of Economics and Stats teach here. Class Rooms are AC-ed(DUH!!) and are well spacious auditoriums. For Sports, we have a Fotball field, Cricket Pitch and Indoor Arena for Basketball, Badminton, Billiard and Table Tennis.

2-Dude that was the biggest misunderstanding i also had when i went to LSE, only rich and spoiled kids just go and time pass in LSE while those normal and nerdy types have to study and practise a lot. New assignments, Quizzes, Researches and Field Work once or twice in a week.

3-Same happens with LSE, Employers hold interviews and students with good GPA Average and Presentation skills gets selected for a job. Dont know about the Salary ratio though.

I am in Second Year BBA program.

If u go by rankings in the world NBS(NUST) is a better option new campus plus the hostels are brilliant truly magnificent over there

^ No doubt IBA is the best, but SZABIST never got corrupt! Benazir made sure this institute was clean from wadera pun! My sis knows almost everyone there, koi source wource ka chakkar nahin! Even PG member absami studied from there, u can ask him aswell.

my sindhi friend who just happens to be a zamindar got a degree made from that university without ever attending the school ... another friend pays the school money and keeps moving forward without even going there ....

In Karachi, IBA is the best ... followed by CBM ....

dude simple solution
LSE me grade easily mill jata hai as compare to NBS but
if u say k plate me milay grade then better stay at home.
neither LSE nor NBS teachers will show u an attitude as u are there son in law
but with LSE you can score more with same efforts.

LSE is better

So according to you its easier to get maybe a 3.0 gpa in LSE than NUST, so LSE is better.

Wont that institute be better in which we have to work harder to reach a certain level.

Lol, yar nust ka code of conduct parh kar koi bhi dar jae ga.

Anyway,as of this article which was published in dawn some time ago Nust is a preferred institution for quite a lot of jobs.

A are these two brothers who are the illecit sons of zardari? cause as far as i know its very hard ( remember it is possible ) but very hard to do stuff in zabist using source.. and no doubt that ibm is the best but u second cbm.. roflmao.. dude all my friends are in business and even those who failed in a levels got in cbm.. its a total shugal uni and its value is almost worthless..

@ the guy who made the topic: try for lums its the best, then iba and zabist but if you wanna choose from those two go in lse..

Tried for lums got rejected just 2 days ago(after being in the waiting list for almost 2 months), tried for IBA got rejected because of 1 mark. So now trying for these 2.

and mate Szabist sucks, a person in my class gave szabist's test and easily passed, and he got 1563 merit in NBS, i.e he failed miserably.
