Need help from Nayatel Optimus Users.

Can you guys help me out and tell me what Server Region (Western or Eastern) to select for optimized Latency/Ping to UAE Servers including Battlefield V and COD Black Ops 4?. I have subscribed to Optimus but I feel like my route is not optimized properly.

NTL can't optimise routes to UAE yet since PIE hasn't optimised them yet.

You can email the IPs to Nayatel support and just hope for the best.

Hey, do you mean not optimized by PIE as in general or the issue that has been happening for the past week or so?. Because UAE Routes were always optimized and never had ping more than 60ms but for the past one week there has been a massive issue of poor optimization resulting in high ping or ping fluctuations etc

Yeah most routes are back to being routed through Europe so it's Karachi > Europe > Middle East.

The only Middle Eastern route that stays optimised is DXB Valve which I still get like 50-55 ms on.

Well overall pings are back to normal since like day before yesterday but all of a sudden COD BO4 is giving high ping today on UAE Lobbies. I played last night with around 70ms ping but getting around 120-150ms ping today. I have no idea whats happening.

Every month or 2 you'll have these sort of problems and nothing will help u instead of waiting a few days , I learned it the hard way.
The last time I was obsessed with these middle East pings I remember they had an IP pool of Transworld which was 58.65.148.xxx
So switch ur optimus at West and once it's there keep restarting ur ont till u get this pool maybe it will give u those pings

I had an IP of 58.65.148.x and 58.65.149.x recently, both are on PIE.

Nayatel doesn't switch to TW anymore unless PIE is down or there is a major outage or service degradation.

I think around 3 4 months ago when I switched to 148 IP it was Transworld and fixed my battlefield 5 issue I even checked it on networktools it was on tw , no idea right now If it's on tw or pie

Yes I also found it the hard way that Optimus just puts you into a Pool and then you have to restart your router in order to get a good IP out of that pool. Sadly 58.xx.xx IP Pool is not available in Peshawar. Stormfiber on the other hand just cant do anything about Ping Fluctuations and they even stopped replying to my Emails which shouts great customer support.

Not really. They still use TW for dxb.valve.net and they do have TW Route active. But mostly for majority servers they use PIE Route. I have had issues of Ping Fluctuations on both Stormfiber and Nayatel and exactly at the same time for the past like a week or so.

Bro I have noticed that you have good amount of Knowledge regarding ISP's/Internet/Routing etc by reading different replies. Do you have any idea whats going on at the backend in terms of Routing and etc?. I am experiencing Ping Fluctuations on both Stormfiber and Nayatel at the same time almost everyday and its a bit annoying. Sometimes ping fluctuates for 10mins and sometimes it keeps fluctuating for more than an hour. Amazing Part is that it happens on both ISP's at the same time and only on UAE Servers.

Happening at the same time is probably caused by PIE and has nothing to do with NTL or SF.

Yes I also suspect issue is due to PIE. Pings are back to normal after optimization and everything but now another issue is being faced. This time the issue is Ping Fluctuation during Peak Hours especially during Weekends. Like yesterday I was getting normal ping of 70ms to UAE and 155ms to European Servers but after 8PM it all jumped to 100-110ms ping to UAE Servers, 200MS Ping to European Servers and 130-140ms ping to Singapore servers. This happens on both Nayatel and Stormfiber but on Stormfiber ping fluctuation only happens to UAE Servers where the pings jump to 170-180ms from 65-75ms. This happens during peak hours and then drops back to normal early morning. This is so damn frustrating. I talked to Nayatel about it but they claim that issue is at Destination Servers and that there is congestion at destination servers which in my opinion makes no sense as to how can congestion occur at the same time on servers belonging to totally different regions?. Thats just impossible to accept.

Check pings from customer portal. If you notice a significant decrease in pings compared to what you're getting now, then subscribe, otherwise don't.

I only have it because it gives me a public IP. Nayatel has CG-NAT otherwise.

In my experience IPs that are on TW are much more consistent in terms of ping compared to those which are on PIE. Sadly not many DSL ISPS use TW route.

I have no idea about what you are saying... I am getting good ping without subscribing to the service so I think I will just leave it as it is ..

I am facing ping fluctuations to almost all UAE Servers which is a pain in the _____ and its getting frustrating day by day because I havent been able to play COD MW even a single day properly.
