i have Cooler master 600 Extreme and about the Gpu, i haven't bought it yet. will consider buying it later when i'll complete my other mandatory components. :p
which 25K budget. you can only achieve i3 2100 considering you have to complete you rig under stated budget.

i3 2100 > 6,000
h61 board > 2,500
4GB RM > 2,000
500GB HDD > 3,000
Case > 1000

14-15K max (All used prices), For GPU, add another 2-3K for 2GB card like 7850 or 750Ti or any other equivalent card, depends on availability. you can game at low to medium setttings on this rig, depending on Gaming Resolution.

Here is another option for the Op.

6th generation parts:

Processor i3 6100 = 12800
Gigabyte h110m motherboard = 6200
Corsair 4GB Ram ddr3L = 2,400 (buy additional 4gb ram later on)
500GB Hdd = 3,000 (second hand)
Case = op already has
gpu = op already has
psu = op already has

Total = 24,400

As the op has specifically asked for a gaming build, here is a video which shows that an i3 6100 (which has better hyper threading support)

holds its own with the i5 4460 (4th gen Haswell processor) when it comes to gaming.

I totally Agree witb you jack, recently i did my own research on internet and found it that it's better for me to get 6100 i3 proc and mobo. bcoz, it's stock intel graphics are well enough to play all games on medium settings besides i can Upgrade it to i7 later on. And the Important thing i found is that most of people on PG don't know about it that having 6th generation pc is way more Cheap, Better and Reliable then All previous Generations. Thanks Everyone for your Suggestions. Asalaam o Alaikum.
