Need guidance on purchasing generator

Hello guyz!

bhaiyoon i want to purchase a generator in the budget of 35,000 rupees
aap mai say jinkay pass generator mojood hai wo apna experience share karen and batayen konsa brand lena chahiye
ofcourse honda to anay say raha 35k mai so please take your time and guide me, i have no idea i never had generator ever, i have always used ups.
i am looking for 3.5 kva or 2.5kva but i heard that china 3.5kva will give the output of 2.8kva so 3.5kva is top priority.
running gaming pc is important.
i5 2500k, 550ti with antec ea500d, i have stablizer too.

Complete list of items i will run:
Set 1:
2 Fans
2 light savers
1 Computer
1 Tube TV or Another Computer (TV Will inshallah be replaced with LCD/LED Soon)

Set 2:
1 Ton AC
1 Computer
1 Bulb/Fan

I will run generator on GAS

as far as brand is concerned i call tell you to look for Elemax (most expensive), Jasco, Firman or OES

Elemax is said to be right next to Honda and uses its parts
Firman very good chinese product and excellent finishing
Jasco locally assembled with Chinese parts very popular
OES perhaps the best known locally assembled generator said to have european parts in it

i was looking for a 5kv genset and around a week or so back i was able to get a quote of 85k OES with installation that should give you an idea

Increase your budget. The reliable chinese stuff ... namely Loncin or Lifan will not come in that power output in 35,000

Loncin or jasco 2.5kv are your best option i think u may save a few hundred their

It may run a 1 ton ac but i m not sure

Among chinese brands.., JD is best..,Jiandong (JD) also working in vehicle industry & provide better than other in 35K., last year i bought 3500Kva JD generator n it running well even on Gas.,.,..,..

Green Power. Had really good experience with it.
But it is factory fitted with a gas/lpg carburetor and you can only use it with gas. Not with petrol.

I got 5KVA Elemax Chinese brand ditto copy of Honda generator. It serves me well for over 5 years with just periodical maintenance and oil change.
It runs my whole house well with many lights, fans full size deep freezer full size refrigerator and also 1HP water motor. I ran it on gas but occasionally uses petrol too.
Now recently shifted to new home where no need of generator as my building is pre equiped with 100kva disel generator.
Still after usage of 5 years I managed to sell it for 50k so I recommend u to buy Elemax generator which installed better parts and better resale too.

in this budget you'll find just used generators if yes then use any classified ads site like HAFEEZCENTRE.PK or olx

i went to a generator shop of friend relative.
Shop walay nay yehi 2 generators suggest karay hain with all negotiation done.
1. Liffan 3500-GF4 3.5KVA with Gas Kit & 30 amp battery. 44K
2. Lutian 3600EB9 (ES PANEL) 3KVA with gas kit & dry battery.

Price:
Liffan = 44K
Lutian = 35K

He said 19 20 ka farq hai dono mai. srif brand ka farq arha hai.
but i'm still not sure what to do.
Help.!
