Aoa,
Needed to ask certain things regarding building a PC.

First of all, i am out of this PC gaming for quite a sometime now (almost 5 years now), then got shifted to console (PS4).
Now since i dont want to purchase so much expensive games of console and i am not much into online gaming as well so thinking to get a PC.

Few questions.

1. Is PC of worth around 150k is better than PS4?
2. Like few years back , one can still download latest games from torrents?
3. Can PS4 controllers attached with PC?
4. Intel Core i7 8700 vs AMD Ryzen 2700K ? Which is better?
4. Since i need to get only CPU built ( No monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers etc) since i have a good home theatre and a 4k X8300C Sony TV, so kindly suggest a good build up for PC in around 100k (excluding card), since i plan to build PC in 2 parts, 1st to get the PC build in 100k without card this month and next month purchase a beast card like 1080 or 1080ti.
5. And one last thing is it wise enough to purchase used parts to get a better version in cheap price? If not then are the online sites trusted since at few sites i was looking that i7 8700 is available for 42-45k and at some sites it is available for 55k.

1. A 150k PC will likely even shred the next gen consoles in performance. Yes, it should beat the PS4 Pro and the Xbox One X easily.
2. I'm not sure about this one. Torrenting and pirating still exist, after DRMs get cracked and stuff. I can't tell you a reliable source for this though.
3. Yes.
4. If you're playing high resolution (1440p or 4k) it doesn't matter, in fact you can even go for the 2600 (I don't suggest the i5 8600k here because it will not age well). For 1080p, 8700 performances better (faster clocks). For multi-tasking, 2700x performs better (more cores). Look for whatever deal you can find cheap.
5. Here's a build for you:
Ryzen 7 2700x ~38k
AM4 x470 motherboard ~25k
DDR4 3000Mhz 16GB ~16-17k (it's important to buy at least 3000Mhz ram for Ryzen)
SSD (256GB) ~6k
HDD (1TB) ~6k
Case + PSU ~8-9k
Total = 101k
You can always go for lower storage, cheap cases or 8 GB ram to save money for the card etc.

6. Going for used parts always has a lot of value. You just have to be careful before buying them. Some used parts usually do not have faults (RAM, processors, coolers etc) while you have to be careful buying others (PSU, GPU etc).

Also, 50k cannot buy you a 1080 or 1080 ti, at least right now. Depending on how good your TV can handle your PC, you may or may not need to buy a monitor, but that's up to you.

Thanks for the help, I just wanted to know that getting a PC built for so expensive will help me play Pirated games? Because the biggest issue in console is prices of it’s games.

Secondly from where can I get Ryzen processor and Mobo ? Because atleast on online sites I am unable to find it.

You are willing to spend 150k for a PC just to avoid purchasing legits games?

Get a Ps4 pro in 50k, get a latest game i.e RdR2 in 6.5k, play it for a month and still u can sell it for 5-5.5k, this is for a latest game. Other than that older games are cheap in used and u can always resell them with minimum loss.

If suppose each game costs u 500rs (after buying and reselling), u can play 200 games on ps4 with that 150k budget, Just my 2 cents ;)

Well a PC in 150k budget will be much better than ps4 pro overal, no doubt.

I already have Ps4 for last 4 years or more, but the latest games are too expensive to purchase and my pay is too less for that [emoji14]
That is the only issue I want to move back to PC only if Pirated games (latest) are easily available on the internet. :/

You don't necessarily need a 150k build to play games. Even a 70-80k build will fulfill your every need, if you need performance better than the PS4. For pirated games, try looking for groups on facebook and ask them for advice. I've never pirated games in my life so I can't help you here.
You should be able to find Ryzen on facebook marketplaces as well as from importers.
