Need to get a new phone. As mentioned, budget is around 20k
Will be mainly used for internet connectivity.

I have following phones in mind, but can't decide which one to get, any help is appreciated. THANKS

Why is every one suggesting iPhone 4? Mint condition iPhone 4 is around 27k in RWP. For 20k you could get an Xperia U. Neo L is crap. IPhone 4 is too old anyways and lags on iOS 6.

There is a shop keeper in Saddar, and he is a good old friend.
He has one for sale in his shop, I contacted him & he said 20k is final. Iphone 4 8GB

It's the 8GB variant guys! It was released after the 4S. They stopped producing 16 and 32GB iPhone 4's. It's probably not factory unlocked since he's asking 20k. It's an AT&T locked one that's come here and been unlocked. Search iPhone 4 8GB on EBay and you'll find them for 170$ - 200$ depending on condition.
So I guess 20k is fine. How's the condition of the phone? does it have it's box?
