I see it more like extortion. Pay us more or face the worst routing. I am entitled to have better routing. At this point i would gladly chose PTCL over Nayatel.

If we use this then will our ping to EU servers become less than 100 ms and to UAE servers less than 50 ms ?
Will we be able to play fighting games online with players from EU and UAE on consoles ?

If you're not in Karachi,. No one can give you less than 100ms on any international server.

Wish PeeTCL did something like this but their service is getting worse day by day. Retards in PTCL office don't know wtf i am talking about and they always lie to me that routing has been fixed but it is not.

Lol Nayatel is charging for this. I had direct peering to most streaming sites and game servers of EU back in Saudi Arabia + free Static IP. They gave me free static IP and optimized routing for that specific IP range, and here we have PeeTCL with their garbage arse routing and Nayatel charging for this crap.

they had 2 pools eastern optimization and western optimization for a very long time
back in the day you could call them and get to whatever optimized pool of ip you want , now you have to pay 200 rupees for it
koi magically aap ki ping eu servers pay 140 say neechay nai jaye gi
there is no static ip in this package , same 2 pools of ip

No wonder I'm having high latency all of a sudden while playing world of warcraft ever since I got the sms regarding the Optimus system. I doubt there is any way to counter it other then to pay them =/ =@ and i recently got nayatel installed like 3 months back.

I totally agree with you. Everyone just wants to milk money, already their tariffs are quite expensive but to add such tid bits, it's just pathetic. I'm sure in a while all other ISPs would do similar things.

i think i pay 1800 200 for the basic internet and if u have 4 5 people in the house who use youtube all the time the 100 gigs wont hold , so 250 rupay dou free youtube lou, khuda na khasta u have netflix and a 4k tv 250 rupay ayr dou woh bhi free lou , oh ur gaming and achi routing chahiye 200 rupay aur dou i mean for fucks sake kya Abuses will lead to banpa hai, koun hain yeh loug

If you are playing fortnite, better get stormfiber. It gives better ping. But remember its impossible to get less than 120ping on international servers.

You can actually get 90-100 ms on Asia servers.

SF isn't a requirement, almost all FTTH ISPs are giving it 90-100 to Asia.

The only way rejecting it is not using it.
Its a game with money, in order to become known you offer services for free and good quality. Your backers agree to a point.
After a few years you need to give back some of the money and you see what you are seeing now.

When testing your speed test with a local server. Don't use speedtest with servers in the US or Australia.

Say they had TRULY UNLIMITED packages then paying 200rs would be no problem for most people (Considering the fact that you'd get an IP pool with consistent routing to all game servers all around).
But when they have not soo good package speeds along with the fact they're not truly unlimited and you have to pay for useless add on's so you don't run outta data.
(Don't go "You can manage 100GB data since it's only at the daytime" bs because I can't be worrying one evening about my data usage when downloading something.)

My friend who has storm fiber could easily get his routings and pings fixed (Even got his upstream route changed from TW to PIE for a limited time due to some issues in under an hour). Now that is good service.

Nayatel is shit. I can't be paying 1000rs worth of add-ons just to play games and stream youtube/Netflix etc. all day every day which includes daytime.
The problem with this system is that they can just deliberately mess up the routings for users that aren't paying for that add-on.
The add-on should promise more consistency and better routings than normal rather than it being something you were experienced before for free but now you have to pay 200rs.

P.S Another great addition to Optimus would be having QOS at the ISP level just like transworld does. Then users would gladly pay 200rs when they're going to get rock stable pings regardless of some torrents running in your house or some routing mess up internationally.
