Sorry to bother u again. I got into new trouble. I tried to root my phone and forgot to flash Samsung anti root zip. When I was setting up my device, I got error "only official binaries are allowed to be installed " and so I manually flashed stock rom. Now camera app is not showing 4k UHD rear video option and is stuck at FHD. When I enable oem unlock, it prompts to rest data in order to get oem unlocked. I have tried 2 times by resetting data and it is still locked. What have I done to my phone.

Your bootloader was still in RMM prenormal state, which means you can't flash images that aren't signed by Samsung.
Normally RMM state changes to Normal after 7 days of boot time.
Go to settings, do a factory reset. When it boots up, go to settings and developer options, and enable OEM Unlock. If it asks to reset again, do it.
Let the phone boot up, go to developer options and check if OEM Unlock is enabled.
If it's enabled, you have to wait 7 days. In these 7 days you can NOT reboot your phone since you will reset the timer. Just use your phone normally, once 7 days have passed, check bootloader state in download mode. If it says normal, continue and flash TWRP and Magisk.
If it's still prenormal, I'd advise you to flash back to Oreo, then install TWRP and flash a Pie based custom ROM like Devbase.
