Mobo porblem?

I have P5KPL-CM and E5200, had my PC running fine yesterday morning.
had proper shutdown etc etc.
Before that i had heating issues , so i had applied new thermal compund and it was fine for a week.
however last night after I turned my PC , it was on for few seconds then their was no display. Now it gives POST but after that display goes away, Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't work, pressing reset button doesn't restart it. only thing i can do is turn off and wai for short time and turn it on again , the problem repeats. i removed the RAM and it gave beeps for few seconds then silence.
what has gone wrong? i tested it on diff. PSU but had same problem.

I removed my video card and ran on built-in one but still same problem :S

what are my options?????

P.S. i'm b usy so i might reply in 12 hrs ~_~

Hm... What was your cpu temperature for week after applying thermal paste? Try by putting one ram at a time. May be that your ram or slot became faulty. If even after one ram your hear beeps that means your ram is not detected and you got bad slot or ram.

Focus on the processor first. Try to re-install it (if you can do that) or seek professional assistance in this regard.

If you are worried about memory modules, test them on a different system to ensure that those are fine.

Give you feedback after performing the above two steps.

Also, do check that lights on the Motherboard are lit constantly. This will ensure that PSU is giving power to Motherboard and both might be fine.

my proc and RAM are perfectly fine.
had my RAM tested using metest86+ a week agao its in A1 condition.
P.S. proc is fine too.....
the display just goes, blank screen...if its hanging at least it should have display.

i got a similar problem with an asus P5P43TD sometime back and unfortunately it was a dead motherboard as the RAMs, GPU and processor worked perfect on another P5K-VM

well, i did a test and its acting as if the 4pin CPU power is removed.
i powered on and removed the 4 pin CPU +12 cord and it did same thing? some switching mechanism gone bust?

no chance of it fixing??????
