Holy crap,just yesterday I took my nexus5 out for the first time while going in Qingqi,otherwise I only take my feature phone because I really don't care about it at all if it gets stolen . But then you told me this and now it's back to not taking my phone outside ever xD

A few years ago I was slowly driving my car with a friend at 4 AM on a cold morning on Gulberg Main Boulevard, Lahore. A guy on bike knocked on my window with his pistol and asked me to stop the car, I slowed the car and right before I was about to stop he rode in front of car and pointed the gun towards us which was actually pointed at my car's hood. I panicked and pushed the pedal to the metal on my brand new 1.8 Civic. He immediately fell down and I dragged him with his bike over 200 feet on the road. My friend shouted "bas kar", I then took a J turn and rushed back home. It was my first and last experience of armed robbery, since then I take every bit of precaution when going out especially at ATM machines.

Mad respect for you man. Although I would have dragged him all the way to Hell.

I've identified them as a Sindhi Baloch... but its didn't mean that all Sindhi Baloch are as same as today's robbers
being an employee of public sector I've excused them by their Appearances as well as their accents

What the hell is a Sindhi Baloch? There's either Sindhi or Baloch. I mean we don't have a province named Sindh-Balochistan, do we now?

My cousin had come from Canada for a months sabbatical and he left yesterday but unfortunately his costly smartphone didnt want to leave Pakistan so it abandoned him for a local pickpocket.

My house is located at the boundary between PECHS and lines area, so last year when we arrived at Karachi we took a Metro Cab to get home. It was a friday, it was Ramadan and it was 7.30 AM. We stopped the car in front of our door and suddenly 2 guys on a bike came up to my window and pointed their gun at my head. I gave them my iPod and a few hundred rupees I had with me, and they took my mother's purse which had our passports, CNIC, other important documents and some jewellry as well. They also took out the wad of cash from the driver's pocket.
Very bad experience but thankfully we are alive and well and that is all that matters.

i m now taking too much tension abt the DATA which were in my mobile (almost all educational SCANNED documents matric to master degree, domicile, prc, cnic, service related documents)
although I've made all backup regarding CONTACTS or everything related mobile via PC to mobile synchronizing software but what they can do with my data is getting me worried

Inform the relavant institutes abt all your degree detail as soon as possible so the shit can't do any illegal use of your docs.
