Missing legit Win7's activasion key and hdd question

Salam, my laptop have given me some hdd error lately and kept telling me that i should backup my files on hdd and contact the support or whatever. Tbh i never read the whole damn thing, i always closed that error. lol
I came back from work and it wouldnt load windows, so i tried the repair thingy on startup. all went to hell at 20% of reparing. it gave me a error and when i restarted the damn machine it said bootmgr missing. press alt+ctrl+del to restart.
I had actually 2 non working laptop lying around, so just for the fun of it i opened my laptop and switched the hdd. i replaced a toshiba 5400 rpm, 8mb buffer with a samsung 5400 rpm with a 8mb buffer. i took a chance, apart from a small beeping noise from the hdd and a small screen stutter on startup, my pc is working.

so i formated the "new" hdd and now my toshiba pc thinks that it is a compaq. lol. i downloaded some of the drivers that seemed important from toshiba site but my win7 says it is pirated or whatever. it is asking for a key. i have never gotten any win cds from the manufacturers and this is my fourth laptop. all i get is that small sticker on the bottom and guess what. the keys on both stickers are worn out.
i couldnt care less about its real or not but i want to install that free microsoft antivirus program, since i use my pc to pay bills online etc. plus i want to get rid of that annoying fake win message.

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. I just want to say a giant F*** Y**! to Microsoft. THEY'VE F***ED UP BIG TIME this time.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
