I bought this keyboard brand new and have been using it for around 8-9 years, but I find some keys hard to push now, that's why I'm upgrading to a newer version.

That being said, all of the keys work. The keyboard has 5 programmable keys, full media control keys, and hot keys for My Documents, My Picture, My Music, Outlook, Web Browser, Messaging App, Calculator, Log-off and Sleep. There is also a scroll, back, and forward button for web-browsing.

Known issues:

• The height adjuster stand on the left side is broken.
• Some of the keys are hard to press if you press them from their edge, but they work just fine if you press them in the center.
