MI 4c Router Problem (PPPoE)

Hello Guys,

Recently bought Mi 4c Router Online from daraz the issue with the router is it has china firmware and because of that it can't establish PPPoE connection always giving error 691. Can anyone help find me its global frimware

I also bought same router from daraz and while upgrading the firmware the app crashed and the router got bricked. Anybody knows how to fix it?
