Malaysian Smart tv Low sound on External Audionic Speaker

So i bought this samsung smart tv malaysian made. Everything is working fine. I have audionic reborn Rb-105 speaker and when i connect it to my smart tv via aux the output of sound is very low Even if i max the volume of tv and speaker still the sound is very low and extra increased humming of bass which is always high even at low volume... And another thing i have plugged the aux in headphone jack in tv and there is another aux jack which says pc but in pc jack there is no volume output.

My Audionic speakers are fine i tested them on my small tv... So i want to know if i am connecting it the right way to the smart tv or is there any other way to connect speakers .

This is a fake tv .there is no such thing as 15 series in Samsung series . Plus there is no Samsung 4k tv that doesnot have hdr in it .

if it is really fake then u should throw this tv at shopkeeper face and take all money back.. and strict action should be taken against them so that they can't even think about selling "fake" products...

Read the title of the thread. It clearly says "MALAYSIAN" smart TV.
He already know that this is not a genuine TV so stop making fun of his led TV and try to sort out his low audio output issue

that's the point! it's not a Malaysian tv. its a Chinese copy and by the sound of it, looks 3rd or 4th copy which is riddled with low quality parts.
there is no solution to this predicament except for throwing it away and getting a new one. personally I'm not against Chinese copies as long as they are first copies which I have experienced.
as for PC headphone port, it's audio-in and cannot output TV's audio.
