I have very restricted budget to buy graphic card of around 25-27K( Need Suggestion ) . But I also need an PSU for graphic card so I am considering 650W (Corsair PSU of around ~7K RS [I have Separate Budget for this]) that can be fit into HP dc7900 convertible Tower. Right now I have pc with following configuration
Quad Core (Q6600 2.4 GHz)
8 GB ram
1 TB hard drive.
1 GB gpu AMD RADEON 5570

Preferably I want to switch from AMD to Nvidia.

@AnsAhmad :

Please mention clearly you want bo BUY these items OR you want people to suggest something for you? There are actually different sections for different activities. In the marketplace, you can only buy and sell, no advisory service, discussion or suggestions allowed.

For brand new you could go for either ATI 380 or Nvidia 960 within your budget
For used ATi 290, 290x, Nvidia 770, 780 etc

however with your current rig, if i were you i'd go for an i5/i7 instead with the current budget then add the GPU later when the budget allows, just because its rather easy to get one item than the whole system at once, well, just saying.

You need to change your setup instead buying GPU. Sell this old LGA775 things and get a mid-range 4th Gen Board with an i5 Processor and 8GB of Rams. Later, when pocket allows, you may buy a GPU +PSU according to the budget.

Personally I thought about this but I want to go other way around by first buying gpu+psu and later on change whole system. I personally prefer this method with no reason.
