laptop hardware problem

I currently own a Dell XPS 15, the problem I'm facing is the dvd writer can't detect any disc (I think it's broke because if 0 usage in 3 years) secondly as the laptop is a multi media laptop it's JBL sub woofer seems to be not working correctly (due to too much base I think) so the question is can these things can be repaired in Lahore? and if yes then at which cost?
