[SOLVED] Lags in games, A hardware issue?

Assalam O Alikum, I'm facing lags(fps drops) in every game. Doesn't matter if its old one or new.

I did few things to solve this but had no luck with it. I've tried cleaning dust from fans, I've a software called Hdd sentinels in which it shows
some HDD errors and it suggested to check data cable and power cable. I changed the data cable but nothing changed, then I changed my PSU
and still there was a note mentioning same errors. I noticed that my GPU's golden chip which goes in PCI slot(I don't exactly know what it is called). One of that golden little plate is half whereas all others all complete. Maybe because of that? Is my GPU damaged?

(I've checked in HWCPUID, in CPU power after every 5 seconds it goes from 54.60 W to 91.20 W and then becomes same.)

I've also scanned my PC for malware and viruses. There's no Malware and Virus in my PC

AMD Phenom(tm) 9600B 2.30 GHZ
8gb Ram, DDR 2.
Antec Earth watts 500 W
HIS AMD Radeon HD 7790 Icooler turbo 1gb.

Half pin is nt problem so ur gpu seems ok ,have u monitered cpu temps ?? It seems like cpu problem

Over heating of the Gpu and Cpu can cause considerable lag.

What percentage of "Health" does Hdd sentinel show ?
Have you checked the temperatures of processor and graphic card on idle and under load ?
Also use MSIAfterburner to monitor temps during game.

Try 2 sticks of rams and check the behaviour. Then swap them with other 2 and again check. (I assume you are using 4 sticks and suspecting 1 might be culprit)

I've monitered my CPU temps, max CPU temp is 38 Celsius. My GPU goes to 55 celsius.

HDD sentinels shows 82% health. I've checked my CPU and GPU temps during gaming and my CPU goes to 38 celsius max and my GPU goes to 55 celsius max. Going to try the Ram swap.

Your hard disk is fine and temperatures are excellent.

GPU some time goes to 60 celsius under full gaming but CPU between 38 to 43 celsius.

Recently I've checked my CPU temp with real temp loader under 100% and temp goes to 43 celsius max, I ran that loader for 1 hour.

These are ideal temperatures. There is some other issue. Might be Ram if it is hardware related. Some OS error, corruption, virus and/or software / drivers conflict cannot be over ruled either. So you will have to check everything step by step to narrow down the issue.

Follow KDKHAN's answer, plus do swap rams to. However, my personal recommendation alongside this is to go for defragmentation of drives. Except GPU unplug all external additions to your system i-e Optical drives, NIC. Last but not the least, if nothing aforementioned work, then disconnect your pc from internet and perform a fresh installation.

1. It is your CPU. For 2 reasons
a. If its anything less than a b3 stepping it has a TLB bug. Mobo bios usually has a *fix* for this which impacts performance. See if your board has TLB feature and disable it
b. The performance of the CPU was not great to begin with, thus your experience. Your GPU is being held back by your CPU
