Kindle Fire HD 7" Root in Lahore

Okay, this is just frustrating me to no end. Got two KFHDs for my kids, and although rooting it is a breeze (so is installing the Play Store), I just can't do it.

I'll pay anyone in the city who can successfully root it for me.

Anyone experienced enough with ADB can do it for free. I can do it but I can't do it for money.

Thanks for the answer bro. I've been to XDA and have tried using the Qemu root thing. Maybe I'm missing a step but I can't seem to install the ADB driver for it.

Dude I have, and I can't figure it out. Trust me, I feel just as bad for admitting to this as some would to admitting to erectile dysfunction!

So, anyone. Point me at the right direction. If you guys know ADB I'll bring it over and pay you for it.

Na man. Thanks for checking in. I own a Mac now which doesn't have the requisite ADB drivers for the KFHD. So I haven't spent any time on it. Still would love someone to do it for me.

Amazon does provide the driver for Mac https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/fire/connect-adb.html

Just a tip:

ADB has a habit of shutting itself down without notifying the user which might cause detection issues.

Open your CMD (/Terminal) and type adb kill-server, followed by adb start-server.
It will give you a message "Start ADB Daemon on port blah blah". THEN you're good to go.
Also, if you wanna check if your device is being detected by ADB, type in "adb devices". It will give you a list of devices attached.

Wish I could help but I've never used Amazon Android devices.

Hafiz Centre has disappointed me, and couldn't do it myself.
