PC Karachites! PC games dearth?

Hi,

Fairly new at getting PC games from khi - Im unable to locate a store which keeps a good variety of PC games like the ones I know in Lahore. Ive tried delawala in clifton and a bunch of stores at Khadda market. No one carries the new PC games. Can anyone tell me any place in the clifton/DHA area please?
And please dont tell me to download them, my internet connection is quite hopeless :(

I faced the same issue when I moved to DHA from PECHS.
You need to search Khadda Market Computer shops, the main game shops only have Xbox and PS3 games.
However, DHA shops tend get games later than Rainbow Center and they do charge more.

Thanks for the pointers. Ill do a more thorough search in Khadda - or else rainbow it is then :s

My advice would be to change your "hopeless" internet connection by adding up just a few more hundreds instead of wasting those hundreds on hopeless torrent copied DVD-Rs which u can easily write at your home without hassle.

The DVDs you'll buy from Rainbow centre etc usually dont work. I found one small shop at Maskan Chowrangi to be a good one. The shop is right opposite to Agha Juice and would give you 99% working games. If you want a pirated copy, torrent is the best solution. I haven't come across a store selling original DVDs in the city. And oh yes, if you live in DHA and Clifton, do check out shops at sho'n circle.

i working on a project for pg gamers... i realize that games we bought in 2 to 4 dvds don't work.....so the project is that i download games form internet and write them is blueray 50gb disk and sale them....the only thing my customers want to do is install game and copy crack and enjoy game...no winrar unpacking and other things .....

hmm that does sound feasible. Guess I should get a blu ray drive too then :D :s I like the idea of 100% working games.
