Is Symbios.pk reliable ? Or iShopping.pk

I've been looking through many mobile sites for the past week looking for a reasonable offer to buy a Oneplus 3, and now that its Black Friday in Pakistan, some sites like iShopping are offering Oneplus 3 for 48k, retail price was 52k. On the other hand Symbios.pk is offering Oneplus 3 for 35k, retail price of 50k. I honestly have no idea which site is reliable so I need your help !!!.

I've ordered a few times from symbios (nothing expensive, mind you). Not had an issue so far!

They are as like other online sellers. Just a tip. Confirm before ordering what you require. Some of these online sellers are dependable on third party sellers.

I made a mistake of ordering black friday deal OnePlus 3 for 35k from symbios and paid with credit card. Till now no oneplus 3 or refund. I call them daily and they say we have forwarded ur complaint and u will be contacted shortly.

I have placed order(#628860) for LG Nexus 5 2-3 months ago, They were showing on their websites its available in stock, I still ring their customer support and they told that its available in stock. Once I placed order received their call after 3 days that its not in stock and should be available in next 2 day, after 2 days they cancel and saying that its very difficult to finds its availability.

Really sorry to hear about that, I almost ordered that OP3 deal but i canceled at the last moment. You should definetly ask your bank to revoke that payment.

Symbios is really one of the worst online retailers in Pakistan. They list every item in stock but when you order it. Good luck with that. I just ordered OnePlus 3T from ishopping and chose COD. It has already been shipped and that is the safest option while buying anything from Pakistani online retailers.

Just to let you know guys that symbios.pk is one of the oldest Online Shopping store of Pakistan its older then homeshopping and galaxy as well. I am using symbios.pk from last 5-6 years without any hassle they used to accept paypal as well, I had ordered ton of things from them. Never had any issue once had issue with a US Stock iphone 5c which has a hard home button. Other then that no issue at all. On other hand ishopping.pk, I have also ordered many things from them they are also reliable. But let me tell you one thing that ishopping.pk is run by 1-2 persons only. They don't have any item in stock. They get order first and then arrange it. I have ordered many things with paypal and credit card as well. Had no issue with them.

symbios is mostly selling replicas. I had bad experience with them and they edited the description of product after my complaint and refused for a refund.

my experience with ishopping was excellent. less than market rate and good customer support. highly recommended.

Bought Harman Kardon Aura from symbios. They took up to a month since majority of the premium stuff is not in stuck but is ordered from dubai. Got the original and brand new unit though.
