Is my UPS Battery is Faulty?

I purchased New Desi UPS and Excide 180 Plus Battery.
I was checking Battery constantly with Multimeter.
UPS cutted Battery from charging around 14.3 Volts.
But battery voltages drops with in 3 hour from 14.3 to 12.58.
And it ramained on 12.58 Volts.
Is battery is faulty?

12.6v is good. It says that the battery is around 90% charged.

100% charge has 12.7 Volt
90% charge has 12.6 Volt
50% charge has 12.1 Volt
Dead battery has less than 11.5 volts
