iphone 4 screen cracked, can it be replaced?

My brother is coming from USA and he is bringing with him his iphone 4 whose screen got cracked. Can it be replaced in Karachi? If you know anything about this please inform. Also can iphone 4 be unlocked here? Please inform. Thanks in advance.:salute:

once the phone is damaged .. dont waste ur money on repairing it.. :s .. its worthless .because many other problems arise after that :S
