Its software unlocked.
Its a White Case at back worth Rs.500.

U Have Changed the front then its possibly open! not sealed!
its factory unlocked that doesn't mean u cheat people and sell it expensive! with doing changes to it!

Sorry Fellows it wasn't a scam or etc. Its basically a White Case at back, the phone is in Black. (You can see a hole besides the camera which is a proof that its a External Case for Original Case basically Its ON the original one) I will upload a new pic of back soon.....!
