ok people after countless amount of attempts i have decided to send the ipad to an expert

some pg sellers have told me that this issue COULD be due to baseband issue which can be very costly to solve

so whats ur take on that

i am so done with apple and ios

this ipad had 8.0.1 previously and was not jailbreaked still i have this issue

even if somehow i manage to get through error 3194 and itunes begins the restore process it stucks with a little progress and gives me no error

i read on mutiple forums and they said if the baseband is friend then i will have some -1 itunes error but i dont get that either

it just gets stuck

but some other very reliable pg seller told me that failure to restore &/or update on mutiple attempts most likely means that my ipads baseband is fried

I think your ipad baseband is not fried.
I can help you out if you give me exact error of itunes.
-1 error occurs when iPad is stuck recovery mode.

sir there is no error

it is just stuck when restoring

sometimes the 3194 error but thats due to server issue and occasional

my ipad was on 8.0.1 and i was updating to 8.0.2

U need 8.1.2 iOS file .... That the issue ur facing ...

Okay people so I left my ipad for restoring last night and it has restored......I am on 8.1.2 now and running smooth.....thanks to all of you guys for helping me in this scenario

I told you baseband was ok.
Again these problems occur restore to the latest firmware available.

btw i am curently using easysim gevey with ios 7.0.2

Try getting used original cable from pg market place because original cables are way to expensive.

There are some branded stores that have them. etc

The only problem I see is the oldest IOS version currently running in your iPhone. Update it to the latest and it will work.
