Can someone tell me why motherboards for Intel have got only two SATA 6 Gpbs ports, I am looking at a few motherboards in range of 10,000 Rupees and they have only TWO SATA 6 Gbps ports (native). Is this a limitation from Intel's side or the motherboard manufacturer's love to do this? Compared to Intel, motherboards for AMD in same price range and even less have got 4-6 SATA 6 Gbps ports.

The number of sata ports depends on the chipset,u wont get the same performance on both amd and intel chipsets, amd would be less.

SATA 6Gbps offers almost no benefits for hard drives. Its only useful if you want to install an SSD. If you want to learn more please read my article about it:

SATA 2 vs. SATA 3

So that is probably why Intel only included 2 SATA 3 ports.
