MULTI Information needed for xbox 360 and ps3

Hello guys.. I have been using ps2 for years now ..its was so easy to get a dvd and start playing..
Now i want to buy xbox 360 or ps3...but i am totally new ...
Can u answer me few questions please?
1. Are both able to play pirate Dvds..blueray in case of ps3 ( i am not talking about backup from hard drive or copy dvds to hard drive ,,, because i dont have time to copy to harddrive and play it) c
Can i get pirate dvd or blueray from market and starts playing?
2. I think jtagged xbox can play pirate dvds,,... Can LT xbox also play pirate dvds?
3.what if new titles comes like COD black ops 2 has arrived ? Can i play pirate black ops 2 normally on jtagged?
4.can i play origional games also on jtagged? Or modded ps3?

And guys i dont bother about online multiplayer ok..

There are plenty of guides around here that tell the difference, but here, let me explain:

* Xbox can be RGH-ed (in other words JTAGGED) as well as LT+. Here's what they do:

1) Both methods of modding need to be done by an expert, unless you have experience and knowledge of doing so before, modding yourself is not for you.
2) With RGH you lose the ability to go online (atleast online safety is lost, and there's a risk of getting a ban), while LT+ can be taken online with lesser risk (ban prevention is still not guaranteed).
3) Both methods can play pirated and original disks.
4) In RGH, games can be copied to hard drive and be played without disk. Games can be copied from dvds or even from download isos which are then transferred using ftp or other methods. In LT, now a days, you need a specially burnt dvd called LT MAX burn, to be able to install dvd to hdd and play these dvds from hdd (with DVD inside the drive at the time of playing). DVDs purchased from market may or may not run after installing to hdd i.e. they need to be run from DVD drive only.


Getting games on XBOX is comparatively easier than PS3 because PS3 required custom firmware (CFW from hereon) to be installed. Last known running custom firmware is 3.55 (and may be even 4.21, i dunno) where as games released presently require 4.6+ firmwares!!! Means u can't play the game unless you update the firmware and as soon as you do, you lose the ability to play pirated games. PS3 can be modded easily. You only need a 3.55 original firmware (OFW) to install 3.55 CFW on it. You can do it yourself. Once done, you can play both original and pirated BDs. copied from pc into ps3 hdd or ripped etc. You may not be able to go online.
