I need some advice about buying a digital camera.

Assalamualikum!
First I don't know anything about cameras. I want to buy a digital camera that can take top class pics with highest zoom (but under my budget) and high quality HD videos. Video length mustn't be limited (like 8 minutes per clip) it should be able to capture High quality video without any limit (Sorry if I am asking for too much). Please advice me about it with it's price.

Go for Samsung ST - 93 with a 8gb Memory Card.
Camera would be around 14k and 1k for the memory card. It records videos at 720p (1280x720) @ 30 FPS.
It's capable of shooting pictures @ 16.1 Mega pixels, which is pretty great. The focusing and stabilization system is pretty good too.

You might wanna also look into Sony CyberShot DSC-W620 (12mp) & Canon PowerShot A-2300 (16mp). They both are great cameras with HD Video recording in 720p and cost around 14.8 - 15k. The only con is that if you buy one of these two, then you will have to spend extra bucks for the memory card.

Azaudin can it be possible to zoom the camera while video recording without lowering the quality of video? If you have one in mind tell me please

W650 is better than all mentioned above, but it's above the OP's budget.
Well 2x-6x zoom doesn't have a visible effect, but greater than that and there will be quality loss

Olympus VR-320 14MP and 12.5x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. Price: 14k
Canon PowerShot A-3300 IS 16MP 5x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. Shoots in HD. Price: 15k
