Abgx software to patch the iso
Download the iso of your region ( game of your region ) and once it's downloaded, patch the iso with abgx . Once it's is patched, open image burn and locate the .dv file and then press burn

what about banning i have the above setup lt3.0 am out of this for quite a long now thinking to go live never been live so i need a Live membership and ....what else ? and how frequent Microsoft is at banning the modified console
There is always a risk of getting banned on modified consoles. However, I played online on my LT 3.0 XBOX 360 for 2 years and never got banned. Now I am playing online on my Hacked PS3 and still I am not banned. Btw, If you want to go online, be sure to stealth patch your game before you go online.
One other thing, when you write a game on DVD, use a laptop or make sure that light won't go out during the writing process, otherwise the Disc will be ruined.
