Huawei Honor Play or Pocophone F1

I'm looking to upgrade from my Mi A1. I like the Honor Play more than the Pocophone. Need your suggestions. My budget is 45k, so if you can recommend a better option then that'd be great.

I am not sure you will find Poco F1 in Pakistan, not officially anyway, and so, I would much rather get the Honor Play under official warranty.

The other phones you can get in the 35-45k range are Vivo V11, Oppo F9 (and maybe the F9 pro as well?), Nova 3i, Honor 8x, etc. I'd take the Honor Play over all of them.

There's also the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 which was for 45k (on sale) on MiStore and used can be had for around 37-40k.

Poco f1 is not a 300 dollar phone! its 350 USD every where!! at olx its available in 45500! which is a good price! but if you can get it from Dubai! it will cost u 1100 AED.

Poco F1 is also available on Homeshopping and ishopping for arround 45K, no need to take the risk using OLX.

Honestly not a fan of Huawei, so I wouldn't go with the Honor.

Poco F1 would be good I guess, plenty of custom ROMs will be supporting it.

Used S8... kinda pointless since you used to have one.

Going for the Honor Play over the F1 just for the body is a bad move. You'll regret it after.

Honor Play is good choice considering it will have local warranty and the build quality is really nice and battery life is solid i reckon and you easily get for under 40K as compared to Poco F1 which is available for 44K least.

Only EMUI could be a con, as it would not appeal to everybody!

BTW at this price point MI MIX 2 would also be good choice considering the Premium Design & build quality, Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM. Although no SD SLOT or Headphone jack!

If I were you! I will pick pocoF1 without second thought. the company never advertised the phone on build quality but the speed!
I play alot of game on my phone! like Arena of valor and Last day on earth! AOV need a high end chip to run 60fps!

and Honor play is no match with SD845, the so called game booster in Honor play work with PUBG at the moment! which even dont increase the FPS.

If you need Speed, Graphics, Ram and Battery! pocoF1 is the best.

I will pref Matt plastic body over glass or metal! i already have a metal back phone which i dont like! its grip in hand is not good!!i have to use a silicon case for the grip and it adds weight! i have used matt plastic back phone in the past! thy dont get marks dents or break!

its all up to you! above is my opinion and experience
