How to install and work properly CODBO2 & MAXPAYNE 3

Hi guys , i need ur help ....
I download these two games (CODBO2 & MP3) , installed it and also installed the updates , but nothing runs !
Please give me ur suggestions regarding this , i retried almost 5/6 times , also installed the fresh windows , but nothing happened !
My system specs are :
Inter core i3 540
2gb ram
ATI RADEON HD 6850
WINDOWS 8 (64 BIT)

you should block the game in firewell and not to do update after installation just put the crack to game directory
