How to increase Herts of Resolution?

hello guys!

I want to increase my screen hertz rate which is at 75HZ normal.I want to increase because i make videos on YT i cant cover my whole screen well coz it required resoultion like 1280*720.

If some one has any idea kindly tell me .

Increasing refresh rate of your display will not affect how much you can or cannot fit on your screen. Resolution will change that. Every display device has its own native resolution and refresh rate. Mention what display you are using.
