[SOLVED] How to improve SNR margin on my PTCL line?

I have ADSL 2+ connection. My line got upgraded to 15Mbps as i had the 10Mbps connection already and PTCL bumped up their packages recently.

I called PTCL and asked them for following things:

1) I need upgrade from ADSL2+ to VDSL. They said they will contact me in 48 hours after doing feasibility study on my line.
2) I told them to enable Annex M on my line so i can get 2.5Mbps upload. They activated it but said my line parameters are super bad so they have made a complaint on that.

Last time i upgraded to 10Mbps my SNR margine was 11 so it was mediocre but not terrible. But still i told my ptcl guy to improve SNR margin and he didn't have any clue how to do it. He also advised me to not upgrade the connection because the exchange is trash.

If he doesn't have any clue on how to improve SNR margin then i did my own research and found 2 ways

1) Replace Router (Mine is super old and faulty, it needs replacing anyways)
2) Change DSL Filter (Which also seems to be pretty old from the looks of it)

Any other ways do you guys know how to improve my SNR margins?
