How to get moeny from PayPal while living in PK

As you can see my question, I want to know that is there's any way to use Paypal in Pakistan. Currently I am in USA, and I can use it here easily, and it's link to a bank account here in US. Anyone have a suggestion? My friend told me that you can get a VISA debit card from USA and then you can use it in Pakistan or anywhere in the world. Please guys tell me is it possible? thanks

its like travelling to a foreign country and coming back with 50$ in coins, you HAVE the money but you can not use it, i.e paypal isn't really a good pal to pakistani's

Agree dude, PayPal is awesome here in USA, but not a pal of Pakistan. That's bad,
