How to determine bullet hit details in counter strike?

Hi, I am developing a hardware to support gaming industry and make FPS more realistic and Immersing.I am currently starting to work with CS:GO. I am interested in finding the details of body part where the bullet hit as it hits the user. Additionally I also want to print the details of the damage done by every individual shot to the user. I will be thankful if anyone has used any similar mod or actually knows the way to mod it according to my requirements. Additionally, I will be grateful if anyone has any idea about determining same features in Call of Duty and Battlefield 3/4.Thank you
