How to convert 72dpi to 300dpi

I made a banner in 72 dpi and i wasnt aware of the fact that for print it should be made in 300 dpi now if i convert to 300 dpi all the image is out of shape is there any way to convert without any problem ?

You need to have the source of the image, i.e. if it was made in photoshop, you need the PSD. Increase the DPI using the PSD and Photoshop should handle the rest.

i have the psd but when i change the dpi the pixels explode...!

You will have to convert the image to a vector. It's the only possible way to make that big of a jump without compromising IQ.
