[SOLVED] How to Claim Warranty For A Gigabyte GPU, that I bought From Amazon, in Karachi?

Hi,

So, I bought GIGABYTE RTX 2070 WINDFORCE 8G graphics card from Amazon back on December 19th 2018. I received it This week, my uncle brought it home. I have not opened the packaging, i haven't installed it in my system only because I have read the reviews about it all over the internet that these cards are dying within weeks and stretch as far as only a month. This artifacting/glitching issue is why I'm scared to open it.

Now, before I open it and use it, I want to know if I can claim the warranty, should anything bad happen, in Karachi. If yes, then can you please tell me how to do so? I have heard there are Gigabyte dealers in Karachi, can you guys help me out on this?

You can't claim warranty in Pakistan. Easetec is the official distributor and ONLY honors warranty of products imported by itself. You can contact them to find out more:

Gigabyte isn't that bad.
You'll most likely not encounter any issues.

If anything, common sense should prevail anything if anything is wrong sooner or later.


Unfortunately, you can not claim outside warranties in Pakistan.

So, after lots of skepticism, I managed to return my GIGABYTE RTX 2070 Windforce and in its place got the much more stable and famous, EVGA RTX 2070 XC ULTRA. I'm happy

Glad you replaced it somehow. Gigabyte offers stable GPUs, too, nonetheless, you were unlucky with the Gigabyte GPU.
