It's on the website, but they will start giving out connection in 1-2 weeks. They've spliced up fibers in main distribution boxes, now need to setup the connection in smaller/blue studs.

People who have TWS connection, is the latency to US better than PTCL?
any updates or calls? on the connection

In my circle, TW doesn't have good reputation for latencies for gaming. Also they are known to have a bottleneck around 7pm till 11pm where latencies spike extremely high.

Personally I use Nayatel which gets bandwidth from them and I can testify same happens to us in those hours but Nayatel offers better routing so its not felt as extremely. Nayatel also has a region specific routing service for gaming (150/month).

Still I use a paid VPN (Mulvad) which offers substantially better routing and latencies.

Which city are you in? I don't see how VPN will improve latency, if anything it will add to it.

Got my connection setup. Latency is similar to ptcl, iptv is much better quality and UI wise. The quality of most channels is 720p and sound is very clear as well.

pings are almost identical to ptcl. Overall its good for EU servers, but worse than ptcl for US servers. I get 18Mbps speed to my server in California via ptcl (20Mbps), whereas with TWS (50Mbps) I'm only getting 5Mbps. That's my experienced over two days so not a fluke.

I didn't measure latencies but this is my take on how things go when I am connecting with our servers in Germany, Netherlands, UK and SIngapore. I own companies which specialize in software products.

On Nayatel alone, the resources load in an extremely long time, not at all good for general usage. With VPN they are extremely fast, from connection to transfer speeds, everything is simply unmatched except torrents with slow seeds. But same is true for if I am accessing sites in Pakistan due to obvious U-turn routing.

The argument of VPN adding latency is somewhat true and largely dependent on the VPN host, where you are connecting and obviously the routing quality of both the ISP to VPN and the VPN to destination.
