Hisense 55U7A review, 55" 4K HDR 120Hz for 84K, is it worth it?

Something that's worth 317K OLED and QLED has it but normal TVs don't the excellent color reproduction, deeper inky blacks, great viewing angles etc together makes the IT factor.

Somebody please help buying me the right screen.

there are two options.

1. Hisense U7A 55 inch 88k.
2. Opened Samsung NU8500 55 inch 110k. Its just used for days and has no warranty.

Please Guide.

Don't buy if its a shop display piece, those have a lot of hours of use on demo mode, LED panel has a life just like any other bulb.

For all the other people on this forum contemplating their next purchase, I would highly recommend that you see the TVs in your price range at a display centre, usually there are very little differences in picture quality & software among TVs at one price range, pick what suites you the best. Carrefour has a big display in GiGa Mall, they have Hisense, TCL, Sony, LG & Samsung models on display. Although they don't have them on a single source demo and the picture settings on the TVs were all different but take a USB stick, play your own Demo and decide for yourself.

This site has great 4K HDR Demos and there are a lot of demos on YouTube as well. I mostly use LG's Cinematic Jazz and Costa Rica Demo for comparison & calibration. LG's Demo will show the Black Levels & the Costa Rica demo really gives you the full spectrum, like the waterfall at 1:47 was all white in one of the samsung TVs on the display and did not show any water details coz the brightness was all the way up, same as with cloud shots. So, check the picture settings first before you run the demos.

buy this led tv direct from shop or local retailler instead of ordering online shops like Daraz or any others will be a better decision.its my advice.

Agree its a nice screen and upscaling works fine. I bought it from the authorized hisense distributor for 96K including installation and totally happy with it

much better then tcl in terms of picture quality and features.compared this to my pre owned sony x850 55" model and did'nt feel any difference

I was hesitant to buy from Daraz at first too, went to my local Hisense dealership shop, he said that the MSRP was 117K and the best he can do is 107K, I asked him to price match Darza'z 11.11 deal of 84K and he told me it's even below his purchase price. He even called Hisense zonal manager and complained that why the company is selling directly and that too below his whole sale purchase price and it's not good competing against the manufacture itself but the company rep told the shop owner that it's just for one day for product introduction. Anyways, I bought from Daraz, they have shipping by TCS, a 7 Days return policy and full company warranty and my experience was good while YMMV, but I would still have preferred to buy from shop IF they sold it cheaper.

I also bought the same tv couple of days ago and found it a good choice. Hisense is making room in the market and delivery varieties in comparison with otjer giants like sony samsung lg etc. Far better than changhong, haier, pel orient and other similar brands. Approx equivalent quality to samsung sony lg tcl of same same league tech.

Is it possible to install APK files on this? Asking because I plan on connecting the TV with those RGB LED things. They require a specific android app to run on the TV.

Using 55 c6. Pretty satisfied with it. Good picture quality, sound. Android tv, builtin chromecast. Overall good value for money.

What's your primary use? TV/Netflix or for Gaming?
