Highest ping problem

Hi guys hope u are all fine. I have a weird problem from last 3 days. MY ping in Call of duty black ops 2 steam is more than 400 or 500. I am unable to play and join any servers if I find any server So bcz of poor ping I can't get good kills. I have contacted PTCL but they said our concern is just net problem if ur net is working but u are getting high ping in game we don't have any concern with that. So guys if u know anything plzz let me know. I have reinstall my windows but same problem

Ping issue are related to line problems. Have you connected the Phone to DSL line ? if yes kindly if you get any distortion noise. Also open open up your DLS line stats and take screen shot and post it here.

Line status can be viewed in DSL modem settings.

yeah I have checked my phone in line and there is no noise. I have called at 1218 4 times. and today I call back at 1218 and man check things at 192.168.1.1 and he say everything is fine. I also wanna mention that the ping problem is just on black ops2 not on any other game. I used to play COD 4 but there is my ping is maximum 100.

well the nayatell customer support says the under sea cable is broken and the maintaince of the cable will be completed around 16 atleast according to them so it might be related to that i guess

There is maintenance going on on Intl. link, ETA: Unknown
