High Latency/Ping during Peak Hours (Stormfiber and Nayatel)

Is anyone else facing High Ping issue during Peak Hours to almost all UAE Servers on Nayatel and Stormfiber?. I have faced this issue before and it has been happening again for the past 3-4 days now.

Me facing same issue from past few days on Nayatel. Mostly I get around 50 to 60. But now not getting less then 110. And in every match it is fluctuating, going upto 170-180.

Edit: When asked on helpline regarding this isssue they said to share the trace route. Which I don't know how to do on PS4.

Which game is it? Sometimes, the public IP is available online.

Sometimes, changing the DNS server in your router may help if the IP is geo-located.

Here you go bro. I am attaching both normal ping and fluctuation and do check the time. It happened within 10 mins. I am facing this issue throughout the day starting from 3PM and it lasts till 12AM.

Below is the traceroute when the ping was Normal at around 3:21PM

In both instances, it's apparent the issue persists outside of Pakistan.

In TW's case, the issue is happening on the last hop (or the last few hops). In PTCL's route, it happens as soon as the traffic reaches Oman.

Thats the thing. It has nothing to do with outside of Pakistan because whenever I face ping fluctuation the Optimus Portals Core Router sends packets at normal Ping so the issue is not the destination or Omantel.

I have checked several times and Optimus Portals Ping test shows normal optimum ping despite the fact that I face 180ms at the exact same time.

Sometimes, it'll be different (could be worse, could be better) but it'll mostly tell you if there's an issue in your connection or at the backbone provider's end.

And I don't know why it can be inconsistent - but it can be inconsistent. I've even seen DSL give lower pings than fiber (to the same IP, whilst being in the same city, to a foreign IP).

The reason I compare my pings with the Optimus Portal is due to the fact that both are Nayatel so it actually shows that the issue indeed is with Nayatel and not the destination. I dont know why Nayatel cant figure it out. I even told them to assign me IP from the IP Pool of their core router thats connected to Optimus Portal so that the issue can properly be checked. I have no idea whats going on and literally its so frustrating because UAE is the only region where we get 60-70ms ping and can actually enjoy a game properly but sadly somehow we cant even do that anymore.
