one more thing i ve search many board of LGA 1156 but there is no integrated video or video output in any of them .... so how can i connect my CRT with it ???

u need to post in the right section my friend..
the system u made is a good one..
u can get any used PCI express card..
second hand one.....and after a while upgrade to a better GPU..
the choice is urs..
but the option that u have opted for is good..!!!
